These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the betoffice platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering on betoffice, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated on this page.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing betoffice through any device — including mobile browsers, tablets, or desktop computers — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and betoffice. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. betoffice reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and members are responsible for reviewing them periodically.
If you access betoffice on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
To register and use betoffice, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. betoffice does not permit access to individuals under 18 years old under any circumstances.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are legally permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of betoffice complies with the laws of your country or region.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion registry or be subject to any regulatory restriction that prohibits participation in online gaming.
- You must be registering as an individual and not acting as an agent on behalf of a third party.
betoffice reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Account Creation & Security
Each individual may hold only one registered account on betoffice. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. betoffice may request identity verification documents at any time, including for withdrawals above certain thresholds or in response to unusual account activity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. betoffice will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support immediately at: support at betoffice.bar.
betoffice uses encrypted connections to protect account data in transit. However, you acknowledge that no system is entirely risk-free and agree to take reasonable personal security precautions, including using a unique password not shared with other services.
4. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
As a member of betoffice, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to exploit platform mechanics or gain unfair advantage.
- Coluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
- Providing false information during registration, verification, or any support interaction.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any element of the betoffice platform, software, or content.
- Using funds derived from unlawful activity to fund your betoffice account.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or abuse of promotions.
betoffice monitors account activity for irregular patterns. Accounts found in violation of these obligations may be suspended without prior notice, and any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.
5. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on betoffice are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya, online banking, and QR Ph instant transfer. Accepted payment channels are listed in the member dashboard and may change over time.
Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. betoffice is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your banking institution.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to verification of identity and compliance with these terms. betoffice reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds. Processing times and any applicable minimum or maximum withdrawal amounts are stated in the member dashboard.
Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to separate wagering requirements detailed on the Promotion page. Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds may only be made after applicable wagering conditions have been met.
betoffice does not charge processing fees on standard deposits through supported local channels; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees. Members are responsible for verifying any such charges with their provider.
6. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
betoffice provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures. betoffice shall not be liable for any loss of funds, data, or opportunity arising from platform downtime, connection failures, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
betoffice does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including wagering outcomes. All gaming and betting involves risk, and you accept full responsibility for your own decisions and their outcomes.
All content, design, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on betoffice are the exclusive property of betoffice or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of betoffice intellectual property may result in legal action.

7. Account Suspension, Closure & Governing Law
betoffice reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or where we have reasonable grounds to believe fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has occurred. In such cases, betoffice may withhold account balances pending investigation and, where applicable, report the matter to relevant authorities.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining eligible balance (excluding non-qualifying bonus funds) will be returned to the member's verified payment method after identity confirmation.
betoffice operates in compliance with applicable Philippines laws and regulations governing online gaming. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of betoffice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
betoffice reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered members through the platform. Continued use of betoffice after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
